Product Buy & delivery policy
- We don’t take payments directly on the website. You need to get a responsible adult to email us and we will send you a payment link. We can’t take cash from you. Once you’ve paid we’ll hand-craft your fidget toy and deliver it to you in the playground at Cranmore.
Refund Policy
- You have 24 hours to inspect your purchase and to determine if it does not meet with the expectations. In the event that you wish to receive a refund, Themefisher will issue you a refund and ask you to specify how the product failed to live up to expectations. You must return the product in perfect condition to be eligable for a refund.
